Agree with Melissa 100%! After following all prompts, I'm asked for IVR password. What the hell is that? Doesn't seem to be an option to speak to a person, maybe designed that way.

Their new phone system is a Nightmare to navigate - filled with misleading and redundant menu options. I should not have so much trouble to get to a human being. Even though I'm inputting the dentist ID number and the pin number I got from our accerta web portal. Staff is lovely though, and have been very patient and nice when I get through.
