I have lived at 11 wendy court for over 10 years and love it. The superintendent are so friendly and easy to get a hold for any questions or concerns. the apartment building is always kept clean. Its a safe and quiet place to live with children . Love living here would recommend to everyone #MyCenturionHome.

I have been living on 11 wendy court Cambridge,on since two years now. The superintendent deeran is easy to get ahold of for any questions. The building is clean and quiet. I would recommend living here to ny friends and family.

The building is always clean. And Jamie does an amazing job of keeping it that way. Very polite and always there to help with anything needed. Quiet building and good people.

My only concern is the Absolute ridiculous amount of salt used on the pathways. I had s dog and its heartbreaking to watch her limp or scream in pain from walking on the over abundant amount. brutal!

We've just moved in and are very happy with our new home. The staff have made every effort to make this transition very easy. It's a lovely quiet neighbourhood.

I am Centurion property for one year now, I leave in a beautiful new building in Kitchener. The apartment is great looks more like a condo than a rental unit. The staff form the building resident manager and the property manager are amazing people. We patience and understanding all the issues and request have been resolved in timely and professional manner. Building surrounding areas are well kept and maintained. The pet bags and waste disposal stations are an exceptional addition to the property and ensure grounds free of dog poop.Our building is safe, clean and well maintained. It will be nice if all our neighbours from the building to be considerate of the surroundings and treat the building like your own home.

I have been living at 11 Wendy Crt for 3 years. This building is run by great people who keep this property up-kept, clean and very welcoming. You are always informed about new features being added to the building to better suit us and any fourth coming news; we always get notified in a timely manner. The superintendent is always available for questions or concerns you may have without question. I do rate this building and the people 5 stars. #MyCenturionHome
