I have been with Easyhome for over 10 years, why I love the Easyhome on Dundurn? Very simple they treat you like family, they work around your budget, they help you when your having problems and they do there best to solve the problem, when I need something replaced, fixed or picked up, they will do it within 24/48 hours if it’s something that can’t wait they always make it happen. the staff is extremely nice and will help in any way possible. I love this store they have saved me on many occasions.

I can't say enough good things. The staff is amazing. They really listen to what you need and never have a problem finding just the right thing. They work with your budget and care about you as a human being. The products available are top shelf and the warranty available is fantastic. I have been a customer for over 5 years and I will never shop at another store for any of my big ticket items.

We have been using this Easyhome location for around 9-10 years and the experience has always been great we are not close to this location but worth the travel. Tamara and Nicole are amazing. They have always helped us if we needed it. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking into something like this. However we do miss seeing John every time we come down for our payment sure we see him time to time at least.

This store is amazing, from the great quality household items they sell to the service by the amazing staff. I personally have bought a washer, dryer, whole gaming system and now a deep freezer. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with everything Ive gotten from them, they find out what I actually need and the details on what would work for me and my home rather than just sell me anything just to get a quick sale, they truely care for their customers satisfaction, they work with my busy schedual for planning drop off, do all the paperwork for me without any stress, delivery is easy and on time and they check on me a few days later to see if I am happy with what i bought. Straight up if you are in need of anything for your home but dont have the full amount to get nice good quality things at the moment or you just want yo buy nice things, easy home downtown Hamilton is 100% the place to go.One of many happy customersTammy
