Masters Tire

GREAT PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANNA FILL YOUR TIRES EVERY 3 HOURSDOES NOT PROPERLY MOUNT TIRES. DOES NOT CLEAN BEADS DOES OT INSTALL NEW VALVE STEMS.Brought my own tires and paid cash to have old tires removed and my own tires put on my rims.Messages ahead but when I got there, I waited 15 minutes for service, there was nobody in the show room.Got frustrated and drove around back, found employees dropped off the tires. Was told to wait up front, which I did for 15 more minutes, making me late for work.Still saw no staff.Went back next day to pick them up, the employee had to refill the tires!By that evening 1 was totally flat, and by morning so were the rest of them.Don't waste your money because you will have to go elsewhere to pay again for rework.

Completely rip-off, dishonest and frustrating service.The shop is a complete rip-off! Will tell you a different price over the phone and charge you a completely different amount (in the name of taxes).The guy was really unprofessional during the service itself where he tried to keep the wheel caps to himself along with trying to outsmart by putting the tires on the winter rim even though I had alloy rims for summer tires!!!!!!!!!If you are in a rush to go somewhere, just don’t take any customers in for service.Understood the shop was closing soon, but as soon as we asked for a breakdown, he ran away. Charged extra for the tires that are cheaper everywhere else. Never coming back or recommending them to anyone.Save your money and just go somewhere else.

My experience at masterstire has been nothing less than pleasant. I had a rim crack within a few months of owning them, they replaced the rim at no cost with no questions asked! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new rims or tires as they’re very helpful with anything you need!

I highly do NOT recommend Masters Tire in St. Catharines.I’ve been there 3 times for a single tire replace.They improperly repaired my tire because they didn’t have the proper ones in stock. So I had to go back a second time to properly fix it. Then had to go back a 3rd time for them to fix the tire pressure monitor.Then they argued with me about the tire pressure, saying it should be 36 but they actually filled it to 40. They should be 30.Next time I’ll just tow it and go to a place I trust!
