It's probably the worst Tim Hortons out there. The employees here are some of the laziest I've ever encountered. If you go inside and look at the donuts behind the glass, they don't even finish making them before they put them out. None of them are glazed there, just these dry looking donuts sitting there. Sometimes, you'll see a strip of glaze like they pour a spoonful over the pile, lol. Not to mention the flies in with the donuts and muffins. The drive-through is no better. I'm not sure if they're even listening to your order. You have to repeat your order like 6 times every time. They can't multi task, its either service window or take an order, so you sit in line forever!. Very frustrating location. They should do full sweep and replace all staff at once.

Around 4pm 27/06/2023 I came to this store via drive through. Waited 10 mins no one answer ( there were 5 cars behind me ) . So I drove forward to window to order. At the window the cashier refused to take my order (just one coffee) and told me to drive around again to reorder. I said please just one coffee I was the first one in the line up . He said no.I was too exhausted and said fuxk you to him (my bad) and the timhorton employee said “fuxk you too”Definitely unforgettable memory at Timhorton.

Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons. They don’t carry half their menu and the service is horrendous.In reply to your comment below, I have read some reviews, I don't think anything will change. I will simply avoid visiting this Tim Hortons in the future.

One of many poor experiencesIce cap with no whip cream, and a Roast Beef craveable.She said I'm sorry. I indicated you are obviously not, or you would have fixed my order, or would have adjusted the Bill. Which she did not. Sorry, NOT SORRY. Nothing good comes from this Franchise, lacks consistency!

I’ve been going here for the last year or so nearly 5 days a week, always during the morning rush. Staff have always been polite and fast. The last three days though the coffee has tasted different, maybe they changed it? I don’t know but it’s not as good as it was.

As we ordered at tim on 19 june monday in the morning at around 9 am… it was worst experience at any tim i ever had. Laziest staff ever i have seen. I am coming from last 1 month and most of the time order is 5 to 10 min late and even at drive thru they are pausing us after every time and when we asked about the reason then a guy wearing turban said he was so rude. We ordered steep tea and they said wait 1 minute , we ordered grilled cheese and again they said 1 minute… it is too weird as they are checking stock after every item and not listening proper to us. When we politely asked for the reason then sardar guy was answering with anger. He was showing his power as we are slaves. We are paying for service and food… we are not begging. Please teach your staff to behave well and we are not gonna come to this tim again. This tim’s staff is so confused and careless.

This is the 3rd time this location got my order wrong via drive thru. I am a pretty lenient person however this is strike 3 for me. I understand that breakfast rush is a thing but please ensure what you are giving out is the correct items. I do understand part of the onus is on me to ensure I get what I order but as I drive to work I rather not be distracted while I am driving.
