Jen's Cleaning Service prepared the condo that we stayed in at Double JJ. She was easy to get ahold of if needed. The unit was sparkling clean and stocked with any amenity you would need. I was extremely impressed with the condo upon arrival and throughout our stay. I would 100% recommend Jen's Cleaning Service.

We hired Jens to clean our vacation rental property. Unfortunately, the quality wasn't good enough to keep them the entire season. Candy wrappers left on the floor, mold forming on shower doors, and showing up after renters arrived was the straw that broke the camels back. I think they're just overwhelmed and are hiring anyone. I would not recommend.

This is the worst cleaning service I have ever used. I had them coming for biweekly cleans and so much was left untouched. They do a very surface clean without moving items like rolling desk chairs to vacuum under the desk etc. After 2 very unsatisfactory cleans I called, but you don't talk to Jen you get a go between. After the 3rd very poor cleaning they sent the team back out to clean the shower that they didn't do and they were extremely rude to me about having to return. I sent an email with my concerns and pics of how my home was left but there was no apology, no discount, no response whatsoever.

Jen’s Cleaning always does an outstanding job when cleaning my house. The team does an outstanding job cleaning my bathrooms, they are immaculate when the team has finished. This place is a joke. They overcharge and under clean.. Is the claim a four Person team of cleaners but you're lucky if 2 of them actually clean. And they skip stuff like floors. Seriously a huge waste of money..

Very responsive, friendly and professional. Did a great job cleaning our cabin that we’re prepping for sale. Made it easy to coordinate the cleaning remotely as we live out of state and even accommodated some special requests. I’d definitely recommend.

Crumbs all over table, counters, floors. Didn't vacuum or mop. Hairs in the bathrooms and wads of hair around the toilets and behind the doors. A vacation rental should look like no one was there, not dirty. Very unsatisfactory work. For 4 girls cleaning, this should not look so filthy. Every electronic in the house was covered in dust, including both coffee pots.

When you have a rental home out of state, the anxiety levels, stress and the worry of your home are always on your mind. Jen's Cleaning Service has met our renters and responded immediately when there was an issue of being locked out due to a faulty security lock on the front door. The renters were able to get in, and start their vacation without further delay.In addition, Jen's Cleaning Services have met, and guided, other clients in finding our home when county road work created a problem getting to our property. The renters not being from the area didn't know how to detour the back and side roads to get to the property.Jen's Cleaning Service has gone above and beyond our expectations in keeping our home clean, and maintained. Not only do our renters have satisfaction in staying in a safe and clean environment, we have peace of mind knowing that our home is in good hands and taken care of. We just bought a new house and wanted it professionally cleaned before we fully moved in. At first, it looked great! The basement bathroom was so clean, the oven looked brand new and the window sills in the living were spotless. Then we noticed the master bathroom was not cleaned at all, things were moved, but not cleaned. The living room was not vacuumed and the kitchen floors were not mopped. A few window sills were skipped and none of the light fixtures were cleaned. Baseboards were not touched either. We were hopeful to find a cleaning company to clean a few times out of the year, but after this “deep” clean, we are still on the hunt.The price is great! I just wished they would have finished the deep clean that we ordered and paid for.
