From Peter and his crew there amazing place in the worse time of losing our mother we could have not had better and understanding and great service to say goodbye to our mother. We pre arranged our Mom’s service a few months prior to needing them. Charles was our director right from the beginning. Every aspect of our engagement was respectful and professional. The days leading up to the service Charles was extremely helpful with minute details and communicative. On the day of the service Charles lead us effortlessly through every aspect while still seeming to remain invisible. We can’t thank Charles and Snodgrass enough for being there for our Mom and for us.

This was a difficult time for me but I have no words to express the gratitude and heartfelt appreciation for the staff at the Okotoks and High River Homes, they all went above and beyond any requests or decisions that had to be made with the passing of my mum. They just made the whole experience a beautiful one, not a sad one. Mum picked a living" angel that day to take as much pain away as possible.
