I own my own cleaning company in the Collingwood area, I also do quite a few homes throughout the area as there’s a lot of small towns nearby. I had heard that caring hands was a decent company when It came to efficiently cleaning. So I set them up for two of my cleans I had my clients called them and both of my clients called me to tell me that they were completely unsatisfied with the home they sent me pictures I was in complete shock at the lack of professionalism it looked like nothing had been done at all if I could give it zero stars I would I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone even if you just want a light clean. I didn’t ask my clients what they were charge because I felt so horrible for recommending such a horrible company so I did both of their cleans for free to make up for the disappointing results from this company. So if I were you stay far away from this I hate to say cleaning company because it sounds like it’s a money grab. Good luck

I’d like to share our experience with Caring Hands cleaning services in Collingwood. They did an amazing, thorough job of a second residence without us being able to check out the job for a few weeks. Very reliable, trusting and they did a deep clean of a home that needed a thorough cleaning, but that we weren’t able to verify until our next visit. This is the test snd they passed with flying colours! We would recommend Caring Hands in Collingwood without hesitation!

I hired Caring Hands to do a cleaning of my home as I was looking to set up a regular cleaning service.My cleaning was scheduled for a Friday at 2:00 and I was advised that it was best if I was in the home. I agreed to the appointment and scheduled my errands around that time.When I was out getting groceries I got a call at 12:30 pm (1.5 hours before my appointment time) from a Caring Hands employee stating that they were at my home. I told them I was out getting groceries and they said not to worry because it was them that were early and it's no big deal. I carefully described in detail what I wanted done as I was not there in person to meet them for their first clean.When I got back from my errands I walked into my home expecting to be blown away and they did not disappoint. I was definitely blown away. I was blown away by the fact that my house was in the same exact condition it was when I walked out the door. There was not one difference in my home whatsoever.I took photos of my home with the intention of sending them to the company. Prior to sending the photos, I decided to phone the company and let them know I was unsatisfied and that I would like to pay my bill because I did not want their services moving forward. I was advised that they only issue invoices at the end of the month and that is when I would be able to pay. I asked again for the bill because I had no intention on ever using them again. Again, he said it would be issued in 30 days. I told him that I wasn't happy with the clean and he said to me, On Fridays the girls like to get off early so they really power through the homes; especially on a long weekend".After this telephone conversation I decided to email the company the photos of the home along with individual captions as to why I was unsatisfied. I received a reply shortly later saying "Sorry but you weren't home"; the closest thing I ever got to an apology. He went on to say that he would review the photos and that he would give me one "free" hour by taking it off the bill.I told him I was not interested in a free hour I just wanted my house clean because that is what I was billed for. Caring Hands told me that they would send a team back out to clean my home properly and I agreed to pay at that time.It has been one year since the clean and they have never
