I called them to get a little bit of information regarding a product and they directed me to somebody with the knowledge. I explained to the person what I need and he put me on hold to find the information about the product for half an hour. He came back to the call after that long waiting but hug up on me immediately. I did not expect that from a medicine and supplement manufacturer and I am sure I will not buy again from them.
