Roach infested apartments. Washers and dryers never work properly. Landlord is incompetent. They dont turn in the heat in the winter. They try their best not to replace broken and roach infested appliances. Good luck living here it is extremely disgusting.

Great building.

Please avoid this place if you have other choices. The rent here is insane it increases like clockwork every year. There are better cheaper alternatives down further on Jane Street (unless you want to pay more than $1650 for a 2 bdr apartment in a undesirable part of town).Take all this information from a tenant who's getting ready to run from this money pit. The staff here is the laziest most incompetent you'll come across. I think every single one of them's related this has to be pure nepotism at work. Any other building - really any other mildly decent workplace - they wouldn't last long.If you have no choice so be it, but remember you were warned.

Renovations are nice

Warning: be careful what you sign.Police/housing policy doesn't care about human rights.Avoid living here. Asap.The fat old lady rude and scam.Bed bugs infested, stay far far away4 GOD sake be homeless but Don't approach those building. Thank me later in your life.

Dryer never works properly. Brought it up to management plenty of times, but they never took care of it. Good luck to who ever decides to move here.
