The food quality and experience was consistent to expectations with the Wendy’s brand. The parking is terrible at this location. The drive thru blocks traffic making location access difficult. It was an extremely busy day when we attended. Patio seating is dismal but inside is great. The newly renovated interior was modern and nice. The new soda dispenser offers a huge variety of pop.

I enjoy the food here and the atmosphere is better with the recent renovations but I will say that I often end up having food missed when going through the drive thru. If you call them they'll make up for it and mail you a coupon for a free meal but it's still inconvenient at the time

Wendy's was my 113th eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every eatery in Vernon.As others have noted, service here is insanely slow for a fast food joint.I ordered a small fry and a large fountain soda with unlimited refills for $7.81 after tax.I had to wait over ten minutes for my small fries. There were six people working in the back in addition to the cashier which made it more impressive.However, nearly the whole staff speaks Tagalog. My spouse was from Pampanga, and I travel to Pampanga every year. Once I noticed that I knew I just had to use the same patience as I do in Pampanga. Check my order to make sure it is right.If you travel annually to Luzon and Visayas annually like I do, you know the cultural differences in eateries.I couldn't help but smile and feel like I was on vacation with my spouse all over again.Staff was pleasant. I am sure they get yelled at by locals who don't understand the underlying cultural differences at play here.Oh, and they have one of those soda fountains with hundreds of flavours. I found Mello Yello in Canada for the first time in nearly twenty years!So buy your large soda and get your unlimited refills! Try 'em all!I am glad I visited Wendy's today.113 eateries down. 50ish to go!

Apart from the time when I received a coupon for the meal I was meant to get since my order was incorrect, I have never gotten a single order right at this location.I assumed they'd been trained since then... I was wrong. I suppose you should write down what you want, otherwise, they will give you whatever they want.Wendy's, you can do better. Retrain your employees.

I orderd the new limited fired up chicken sandwich. It was soo gooood, and gave the right vibe to enjoy the food. The place looked so clean and neat and makes you want to sit inside and enjoy the bite.Only draw back I find is the long waiting period before and after ordering the food. It seems like they give more priorities to those who order through drive-through, I waited almost 25min before they took my order even when no one was infront of me. They say it is a fastfood place, however it looks like its only fastfood for drive-through customers.

Update: Someone from the store emailed me (with very poor grammar), pointed out that their system posted my order as occurring 5 hours in the future, but still defended the employees' treatment of me as policy". Never heard from the district manager; feels like their poor customer service is also a store policy. I think I'll wait for a change in management before I consider returning. Burger King has been pretty good

Bad experience! They had a small boy running around in the back kitchen and climbing on tables while people are trying to eat. The mother whom worked there let him do what ever he wanted. The other staff acted though this was the normal.

Never had a bad meal at this location. Order is always correct and fresh and staff is friendly and efficient.
