Friendly, quick, competent service! I used to frequent another Home Hardware that is closer to my house, but stopped after frequently witnessing some of their associates being rude to seniors who were unaware they had to phone ahead. This location is now my go-to for my bird feeding needs. My order was ready within half an hour and the staff who helped me both over the phone and at the door were friendly. Also, when I overheard them telling other customers that they have to order ahead over the phone, they remained friendly, gave detailed instructions, and ensured those customers that their order shouldn't take long. Nicely done!

Second to none in customer service!Had a fantastic experience with Matt regarding a vanity that was purchased. Had a few challenges, however what matters most is that Matt took care of every single issue efficiently and professionally.Can’t recommend this store enough, thanks for the amazing customer service!

We bought 2 bathroom vanities that we really liked. They both came with black handles. We wanted to switch the handles from one of the vanities for chrome. Went into the store and asked the same m sales clerk that sole me the vanities for a set of chrome. He took my name and number and said he would look into it. I never heard back so I went in again and spoke with a different sales clerk who apologized and said they would look into it. Never heard back again. I gave always been a big fan of Home Hardware but I will not shop in. This store again. Unfortunate.

Excellent customer service! This store is not the closest location to my home, however there was a product I wished to purchase which they had in stock. The sales associate (Dave) knew his product very well and was able to answer all of my questions. There was one question where he needed to ask his manger (Matt) who was willing and able to assist. I will be a repeat customer at this location. 5 stars!

A good store that has a bit of everything. Kind of a small Canadian Tire. Also, this location cuts your keys. Key cutting is huge! Bonus points for having the upholstery cleaner I was looking for. #chadHOGANlive

I went there to buy fertilizer and bought another product that will help strengthen and help recover my dead grass. Product name is Fertilizer Lawn Turf Builder Pro 400 sq ft coverage, where you can get get two bags for 36.98 plus HST. Staff were very helpful in finding other items.
