First Choice Auto Sale

John Roumia and his staff are fantastic. We bought a pickup truck this week and we were very pleased with the terrific service we received. We were considered to be valued customers and it was easy to express any concerns that we had. There was one small glitch and John did not hesitate to get to the bottom of it which we appreciated. Used to be good, now just ok.I knew the owner since his last shop and when he moved to this new location it was great at first. Everything was done right the first time and at a competitive price and when promised. Over the years he has expanded and added staff. Now when I go in they often haven't looked at the vehicle at the time they've promised it done, prices sometimes are randomly high, I'm always taking the vehicle back as soon as I pick it up because it's not fixed right and then it's another day before they can get in the part for the correct fix. The last time I got my vehicle back with a large dent in the side, which is fine as it's just a work vehicle that doesn't look good to begin with, but to me it's a statement about the level of care they provide to the vehicles. I'm not saying the place is bad, it's just average now where it used to be good and I'm going to find a good place to go to instead.

If you feel like repairing parts multiple times then head to First Choice. Was told my tie rod was replaced but came to find out 2 or 3 months after that from a trusted mechanic that the OEM tie rod was still present and was not replaced when I was told it was from Rakan. Please find yourself someone that does not try to pull one on you as I promise you shall regret bringing your car to First Choice on Victoria St W.

We bought a pre-owned car from First Choice". We are impressed with the service there. And hats off to Rakan ! There was a "blip" after we left with the car. Rakan had us return the car --- he corrected the problem

My family and I have taken all of our vehicles here for a while now and we have even purchased all of our vehicles here. They are great they always give you the best you could ask for. And as for everyone that complains about how you sit for an hour or two i know personally that when someone comes into a shop and says I don't know what's wrong can you fix it. Depending on what it is, it can take a while to figure out what it actually is. But I highly suggest these guys they know what they are doing. They always do the absolute best they can to help you. And they always do a good job with your vehicle. I highly recommend these guys.

I've never written a Google review before but felt like I should let everyone know about the fantastic service provided by John at First Choice. The honesty, transparency and communication throughout the buying process was second to none. If you want a quality vehicle at a fair price, I would definitely recommend going to see John.
