There were issues with very exterior single doors (eight of them) that they installed - with the hinges, the lock or the door handle. Some of the doors were coming off the hinges, one Jammed because the door handle stopped working completely and the lock to another also failed. Some of the metal frames are also starting to warp ( Their repair person said that the hinges should NOT have been used and is no longer used as there were a lot of problems with it. The company refused to provide a permanent fix to the problems.Doors are important and need to work properly because in an emergency you cannot have it failing.

I needed to use Clearbrook Glass two times in the last 3 months for my business Integrity Junk Removal. First, when my Truck was broken into, they were really Super! Even got my window sealed up for Free prior to Glass arriving! They were so flexible when I needed to get my Truck back and reschedule because I needed to do a Junk Removal Job urgently...Then a couple weeks ago we were onsite in Langley and accidentally broke a client's single pane Garage Window...they were able to come out the same day! I've used Clearbrook Glass on personal orders and to subcontract a custom shower door supply & instalation. Having read prior reviews before posting, I agree completely with first rate product, service, and customer relations reviews. Despite interruptions to their work with two fire alarm evacuations and a fitting problem, their installers finished well under my estimation. This was longer than their allotted time yet with no change to their quote. They presented very well to my clients and I would recommend them without hesitation. Pricing, scheduling, and range of operation were better than other competitors. For these reasons and others we have decided to make Clearbrook Glass our only supplier.

I've used Clearbrook Glass a few times for windshield replacements. I even phoned around a few shops, they had competitive pricing, they fit me in the schedule quickly, and got it done properly. No complaints here. Great service!

I got my windshield replaced at Clearbrook Glass recently. They were offering the best price in town for a non-insurance replacement. I had also dealt with their company before for non-vehicle glass and been really happy. This time, I was quite disappointed with the quality of service. My windshield wipers were not adjusted correctly or screwed down properly; one was hitting the side of the frame. After the replacement, my interior fan sounded like a jet engine; when my husband looked at it, there were multiple chunks of silicone that had dripped into the fan and not been cleaned up. He also found more chunks under the driver's seat.

I’ve used this company three times now and I’ve always had amazing service. Twice I had windows repaired in my home and recently had a rock chip repaired on the spot about 20 minutes total and about $40 on site. The receptionist Britney and Tracy are very friendly and helpful and the new location has really good parking and it’s a bright atmosphere. I highly recommend them for all your glass and mirror needs! Keep up the good work guys

DO NOT hire this company!! Ripped me off on skylights and did not install what was quoted. They cut corners giving me a much cheaper product than what I paid for. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I phoned Clearbrook Glass to ask about windshield chip repairs and talked with Brittany. She was so pleasant and helpful with her voice and information. I chose this place strictly on how attentive she was to my call. The place was very clean and Brittany again showed me why I went there. It took about 25-30 mins to repair my windshield chip. It was also at not cost to me for it was covered on my comprehensive insurance. The place was busy yet everyone was taken care of. Excellent customer service!I highly recommend this place!

I was really happy with my experience at Clearbrook Glass. They answered all my questions, were outgoing and friendly. They really went the extra mile. They were kind enough to drive me home and pick me up after my car was finished. My windshield looks great! I even noticed that they wiped down the inside of my car and vacuumed the floor. 5/5 would recommend. They are great! Thank you Clearbrook Glass!

These guys are THE BEST. They helped me get my shower glass ordered and installed in record-breaking time. The installation looks beautiful. The service I received was top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They arrived on time and I think they were almost as excited as I was to be able to get this done for me in such a short amount of time. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.
