The service is quite bad. I've been with the company as an individual for over 17 years and hold multiple different products (insurance and investments) and they are really bad at attending client needs.I've been bounced around to 14 different people, 2 general emails, and a never-ending cycle of security checks that end with me being transferred to someone else who has to start the process all over again. This has been going on now for 7 weeks and the issue is that they have over-charged me by $500 since November on my policy.Can you imagine what it would be like if I was trying to actually use one of my policies? You are merely a number to this mega-corporation. I had an Advisor, Geoff Hornby, and he just decided to stop doing the work, so don't count on having a relationship with someone there to help you.

Horrific customer service. 7 weeks and counting still no pay out. don't use them if you don't have to.

The worst insurance in the world. You wait for 2hrs to talk to representative and then he hangs up on you!
