Absolutely fantastic! This is my first time here and I came for the breakfast buffet, I came with high expectations and was not disappointed! From the eggs Benedict to the fried ones, all was made fresh and was tasty. I had an amazing cappuccino, some lovely French toast, and more! Oh , the cannoli and the Tiramisu was to die for. Congratulations to an amazing team. The waitress was attentive, detailed and kind. You can tell she loves what she does, it truly makes all the difference. When you come to Lanterna, you're welcomed like family. I'll definitely be back here for dinner.

I have been going to the place since I moved Lagoon City this year.The food and services are awesome. The pizza is really really good as well as the bakery there. The owner and staff are super friendly.Today I tried to order a pizza but they stopped taking orders. I ordered a slice of pizza and a piece of shortcut. I was shocked that the slice of pizza was free of charge because they could not take my order.Wow, what a neighborhood restaurant. Lovely.

Very friendly service. This place had a steady stream of people coming in for pizza, but it was not too crowded. Be patient with the staff; it was a bit of a wait, but not terribly so. Very BIG portions considering the price! Husband enjoyed the veal parmigian and calamari. Fettuccine was cooked to perfection. The two Baci chocolates that came with the bill was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend, and when we come back, we will try the pizza.

Where do I begin? We were lucky enough to stumble upon this gem of a restaurant. Joe and Anna are very welcoming, they make you feel right at home. Now let’s get to the food, everything was absolutely delicious. The salad was fresh and dressed perfectly and the pizza was super tasty. The pasta felt like a dish straight from Italy, very authentic. The veal parmigiana, potatoes and sausage were all amazing. There was literally nothing left on the table. I really enjoyed my cappuccino and dessert as well, no doubt we will be back here at least once a year!! Thank you again for a great meal!!

I saw this restaurant had a great rating and was in a neat town so I checked it out. The first thing we get is complimentary bruschetta. Are you kidding? That's already worth 5 stars and it only gets better!There was a large selection of beverages including Italian beer. The menu was great for a full meal or a light lunch.Having been to Italy this is the only authentic" Italian restaurant I have ever eaten at in North America that deserves that title.All of the food was fresh and tasted delicious. You cannot buy the food that was served in city grocery stores. The prosciutto was not overly salty and had proper texture

If I could add a few extra stars, I would give it to the chef and staff here. My husband had their fish soup...he knows fresh seafood and this soup was a meal...calamari, squid, fish fillet, mussels in a homemade broth...oh my. Forget the spoon, get your fork ready! As for me, my fav chicken parmesan in a homemade sauce with el dente penne pasta. Dessert....cannolli...stars...10 out of 5

Stopped along our ride, we each had a slice and a drink. Those that worked there were all friendly and kind. Asked us to be careful on the road" and "how far we are going"
