I purchased a used car from them about a year ago and opted to purchase a warranty for added peace of mind. Unfortunately, my car experienced a major engine problem that the warranty denied coverage for. As a student at the time, I simply couldn't afford to fix the problem myself.However, the team at Fredericton Volkswagen went above and beyond to help me out. They could have simply turned me away and left me to deal with the costly repairs on my own, but they didn't. Instead, they showed exceptional kindness and generosity by fixing the problem as a courtesy to me.I was blown away by their level of customer service and willingness to help someone in need. And the best part? The car ran perfectly for a whole year after that, without any further issues. I highly recommend Fredericton Volkswagen to anyone in the market for a new or used car. In 2021 my husband and I bought a Tiguan. As a loyal Toyota customer, it took my husband a lot of convincing to move me to embark on the Volkswagen experience. He had previously owned VWs through The Fredericton dealership and knew the quality and service. I broke down and agreed to give VW one shot. Thank goodness! We have just purchased a SECOND Tiguan (2023) and couldn’t be happier. Dan and Juliann and the team at Fredericton VW have been outstanding! The quality and service extends well beyond the sale and the vehicle. During my 2.5 years as a (now) loyal customer I’ve stopped by with questions about how to use the car’s features, replacement of windshield wipers, regular maintenance and more. I’m always treated with a smile and, most importantly, someone who is willing to help. Sean and Mark at the service desk has great customer service and Juliann, who sold us our newest vehicle, is full of energy and ready to help. Thank you Fredericton VW ! We’ll be back!

I just have to say that the service department people were super friendly, helpful and honest. Traveling from Ontario to Nova Scotia I had an issue and they took me in, checked out my car, fixed it and had me on my way to continue my trip. They sure did ease my stress and all the other workers that crossed my path all stopped with a friendly hello! Thank you!

VW Fredericton were phenomenal to deal with. I traded in my car for a Tiguan and they helped make sure the process was fun and stress free. They walked me through every step, from how to turn on the back wipers, to what I needed to do to switch from a car that was bought and insured in NL, to my new SUV that would be registered in NB. They were easy to reach, made sure I was well educated on my options, and very personable throughout the process. They even welcomed my pup who came with me to pick up the new vehicle. Jeff was my sales representative and I could not say enough positive things about his service. He helped me stay calm when navigating any hurdles and I am very thankful! 10/10 recommend!
