Our kids love their teachers at KinderHeart. They are always happy to go to “school”. I’m so happy our kiddos have attended KinderHeart and wouldn’t change a thing.

This place will always hold a special place in my heart. It was a great experience for our family

I can not recommend Kinderheart highly enough, it is a great, clean and welcoming environment, with great, consciousness and caring staff, who go above and beyond to make both parent and child feel comfortable, especially during this pandemic.

Very poor service with this Centre, don’t recommend sending ur children here if you would like to keep them home half the time

We didn't like our experience at Kinderheart very much and wouldn't use them again.What we liked: most of the staff were very professional and treated our kids very well. We always felt our kids were in good hands with their staff.What we didn't like:- Staff seemed to look for excuses to send kids home.- We were often asked to keep our kids home due to staff shortages, yet were never offered any kind of refund- The centre is closed for 3 weeks a year (but you still have to pay full cost for daycare)- The cost is the highest of any daycare I've ever seen- The manager (Saskia) was cold/rude on several occaisions.This is the daycare of last resort for us and many of our friends that were there. They are clearly focused on profit over providing great care. No one that we met at Kinderheart stayed - everyone left.
