The lady was friendly, asked us how our day was, quick in and out experience. Suggested which envelope to buy ($2.99 carton one) for the purposes of shipping a passport and documents to the US Visa Application Centre on a prepaid barcode courier service, she scanned the barcode, printed the label and glued it to the envelope. We simply had to put our documents in the envelope and voila. She provided us with the tracking number and receipt. Excellent sending service.

A middle age lady with Asian face and long hair there was really rude. She scolded at me and had very bad attitude. I don’t know why she was so mad and impatient when I was just making some inquiries.She shouted at me and then went back to the inside office. Ridiculous! She is not even a reasonable person and I strongly recommend Canada post to fire her! Extremely bad experience!

DON'T CHOOSE HERE FOR PASSPORT DELIVERY OR ANY GOVERNMENT SERVICES!!! My passport delivered to office on Monday and I got a flight out of the county on next day morning. So I came to pick up in the afternoon of Monday but the employee kept telling me that passport is not delivered because it is not shown on system. I asked one of the employee very politely to check the warehouse at back because system would be delayed sometimes. All of them just don't care, chatting and joking at each other!!! Until 1 hour later, one employee found my passport mail at warehouse. Obviously, employees here are not skilled at their work and have the terrible work ethnics regarding their customers.

My office is close to this branch so I use it quite often. So far it has been very good especially the other day. I needed to send some dried/processed food to Ontario. The guy (my bad for not asking for his name) was extremely helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best option.

This place is great. Don't know what's up with all the bad reviews. It's a small store on a charming street, and both female employees I interacted were knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would not hesitate to go here again. Only caveat is no parking lot and metered parking. Better to walk, if possible. But I did find several parallel parking spots at 4:45pm.

Super nice experience, had a few relatively large packages that had to cut a few boxes to ship them properly, and the staff were super helpful and nice! 5/5 experience and it was so good it warranted leaving a review!

I'm at this location 2-3 times a week picking up for an office at the po boxes and mailing occasionally.Speaking as a visibly queer and trans person, I have to say, the current staff are regularly friendly, non judgemental, and helpful - in my experience.

Quite possibly the nicest experience I’ve had in a post office. Went in to mail a return this week with my dog and the friendly folks behind the counter were so helpful. Kindly taped and labelled my box for me and sent it on its way.

I have consistently had poor experiences at this post office. It is nice and convenient for me, but the people are incredibly rude!It makes me sad because I love interacting with people and I am so cheerful when I walk in.Hopefully I can brighten up their day eventually, but until then...a very well deserved 1 star.
