Every Sunday there is a mantra meditation session from 5 pm until 7 pm followed by free delicious vegetarian/vegan food. People are very welcoming and friendly and highly knowledgeable about vedic spiritual science. Sometimes high level of spiritual knowledge is talked in the session which may be difficult to understand by a new person trying to gain spiritual knowledge but you can ask questions after the session and buy spiritual books to find answers.The Mantra chanting meditation performed at ISKCON Temple is out of the world... You will be engaging all your senses in this type of meditation and I would highly recommend you to experience it!

Wonderful experience. People here are very kind hearted and friendly. This is the place for the one who has desire to add quality to their lives. Atmosphere here is highly positive and must visit place in Ottawa. Great place to learn Bhakti Yoga.
