I am surprised and disappointed. I am a long-time loyal client. I did 4 mortgages with the Coquitlam office since 2015.Everything went smooth until this year mortgage refinancing. They missed that the maturity date falls on July 2nd, which means that the last business day is June 30th because of the weekend/holiday.More than that, Legal Assistant MA.B. basically told me it was MY fault, and I could expect the penalty if money is not deposited on time. When I asked what I am paying for, I was told this is not their job to keep track of dates."The most frustrating part is not the fact that THEY missed important detail but their lack of proper reaction to it. Nobody seems responsible. No apologies.Will definitely think twice next time I need a lawyer."

My go to convince her for my real estate clients transactions through the major centers in the province of British Columbia. Great staff consistent service. You may pay a couple of hundred dollars more but I wouldn't have anyone else looking after my clients transactions

Real-estate purchase. Important terms of the contract were missed, causing me to have to refund an overpayment back to the buyer 5 weeks after close. I was told that I should have caught this during adjustments review". I'm not knowledgeable in the mechanics of property sales

We hired them to help us complete the purchase of our home. While the receptionist/ legal assistant were super helpful/ responsive, the lawyer on the case couldn't even be bothered to call me back after missing that our duplex wasn't insured properly and would have paid the prorated cost of a policy that isnt even valid. I ended up doing their work for them. Don't expect them to do any proper due diligence bseside spending 5 mins to looks at your papers

Disappointing service. Came to them for a real-estate purchase and the individual that setup our agreement missed a very important piece of the contract. When we went back to ask for help correcting it they told us it would be another $1300 over email. I asked for an appointment to discuss the situation and after 3 attempts to contact them two weeks has passed and no one wants to respond to our requests.

I called their head office and asked for information. The receptionist sounds quite rude and unhelpful. My company has used their services but in the past. But now having second thoughts if they treat people like this.

Convenient location, easy parking, friendly staff. Great place to do real estate conveyancing.

Worst experience dealing with them. First they went back on a written quote for the conveyancing process. Had to fight back and email the founder before they agreed to honour a quote that they gave in writing.Also no support from them if there is any issue with the purchase. Going to a notary is probably better. Cheaper in price and you will not get any legal advice from Spagnuolo anyways.
