They don't have what we need and don't try to get it for us. One of the ladies at the store always has an attitude ( just one, others are really nice). She shouldn't be doing a customer service.

Went here a couple times to buy 2 or 3 things and they always had empty shelves. Never had the things I needed. Lots of employees on the floor but never stocked shelves.Way too expensive.Save yourself time and money and go to home depot in Vernon or Kamloops and buy in bulk

Dropped in to pick up a few items I missed before leaving for our trip. Being an older downtown store it was a little cramped but there were lots of choices and the staff appeared to be friendly. I had to return one item and the clerk was great. Friendly and talkative!!! Really nice lady! Worth a visit if in Revelstoke!

I bought my little ceramic pig from this store. The lady was so nice - great customer service. They even wrapped my pig and boxed it for me as we were traveling. All the staff were so nice and willing to help.

Kinda greasy you can't use the Flip app to get lower prices on items. Why is that ? And why is every product marked up in store ? ......Owner.. waiting for a response ?
