Very clean, consistent service and while a busy location they move quick. Inside is nicely set up and spacious. The food and drink is exactly what one has come to expect from Starbucks but staff is very good at this location.

2 stars because it’s always been clean inside and staff have been friendly, but my drinks have been made incorrectly twice in a row now. If I’m paying $6 for a drink, I’d hope that I can trust that it’s made properly. Ordered a grande decaf flavoured latte with 3 pumps and it *maybe* had 1-2 in it, plus it was fully caffeinated. I order decaf because caffeine in the morning interacts negatively with my medication, and I now feel like my heart is going to jump up my throat. My whole day is going to be majorly impacted; I know because this isn’t the first time I’ve been given full caf.Some may argue I should make my own coffee at home if I’m so concerned about it being made the way that I want it, but I would argue that customers should be able to trust that they’re going to receive the product they’ve ordered. You never know why someone is ordering what they are—it could be a special occasion, or they could have medical/allergy purposes—so please take the time to prepare things properly.

Stopped for an Americano and was told it would be a small wait. I then watched half the staff stand around and visit for the next 10 minutes or so and had to request my beverage. The service at Starbucks lately has been shamefully slow.

I can not eat wheat or drink reg. Milk. So there is little to eat there. But because they have lactose free products, I can enjoy a cup of coffee.

This is the most horrible place ever. They messed up on the order and didn't even fix it properly which is very disrespectful and disappointing.. I am now boycotting this place I will never come back I wasted over 13 dollars and didn't get what I want... they were both supposed to be coffee based that were supposed to be venti sized and the second time they made it it was whiteish and no extra whip cream they didn't add the chocolate curls.. I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service they have shown

They served my 10 year old son a raw beyond meat breakfast sandwich this morning through the drive through. Bottom bun was still dough, weeping with a liquid that appears was dropped into a sink.The egg appears to have been stepped on it was so flat.I approached the “shift” leader about this 20 minutes after dropping my son off to school so he wasn’t late after he threw up in the car on the floor. She denied it to be raw, stated that they weren’t accountable for it because they only heat the beyond meat which is precooked.She argued with me in front of 20 patrons and offered me my money back which I refused when the argument between her and I escalated. She took no responsibility, no apologies or offer to compensate my son for this disgusting breakfast sandwich.I’ll be calling the health authority to discuss this further as no one should just move food product through to be consumed without proper checks on quality or food safe standards.I’ve been a loyal patron of this location since their opening and will never return.Starbucks your “shift” leaders need training on how to deal with these issues instead of allowing them to escalate a situation she should have taken responsibility and worked to resolve the situation.A simple we’re sorry let’s get this resolved, here’s your credit and a gift card for a cake pop would have sufficed my concerns as a customer and a father to a son that will never eat a Starbucks product again.

The new Starbucks are so very loud. With chairs scapping on cement floors and the noise echoing in the high industrialized " ceilings. I like to visit when having a coffe but the stores are no longer intimate or welcoming . Do better."
