Milestones Early Learning Centre

My son has been going to Milestones in Kenmount Terrace for just over 2 years and he loves it! The staff and admin are amazing and they are always doing sweet activities and crafts!

My Daughter LOVES going to daycare every single day. She has been attending this location since she has been 18 months old and the staff have been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. They provide fantastic care and always provide helpful feedback on my daughters development.

My child has been attending for 1.5 years, and I only have wonderful things to say about the facility and staff. They are so responsive to his needs, and he learns so much. They give the highest quality care- and go out of their way to keep parents aware of activities and their progress (a daily report). After getting offered a space in other daycares (Acorns and Oak trees, the Y) we chose to stay here because we love it so much. Past negative reviews based on old staff and management for sure.

Haven't been a customer, but seeing a children's playground feet from a tim hortons drive thru where cars idle daily concerns me. They may be the best childcare in the city, but the location of the playground would prevent me from having my kids go there.

My daughter has been going to this Milestones location for about 5 months now. She started when she was one year old and is now nearing 17 months.My experience with Milestones has been nothing but positive. The staff, teachers and caregivers are very professional and truly care about the children in their care.My daughter loves going to daycare every day. Before we leave the house she gets the most excited to go see her teachers and little friends at 'school'!My wife and I couldn't be happier with the services and care provided at this location, especially through the challenging COVID-19 Pandemic.

They provided excellent care for my child. The building and toys are kept meticulously clean. They have the training to help my son with dealing being away from us and how to deal with real life issues. Very happy we got this spot for him.

My 3 year old has been attending 555 Torbay road location since February and he enjoys waking up and going to school everyday . When he see's his teachers at drop off he always runs to them and give them hugs ..they give nothing but affection and care to every child. Each parent could say the same when they drop off and pick up their children that those who work at Milestones really do take pride in their kids.Everyday my son has a fun story to tell on what they did that day on the way home and sometimes he will have ''gifts'' for mom or dad on special occasions . It really do melt our hearts as parents to see work from the thought the teachers and kids put into these sweet activities for us as we all know it's hard going 8 hours each day without seeing our children.also, with social media... LOVE seeing pictures of each days adventures of what the kids are up to... always having fun..great for keep sakes to save to look back on for the future...Milestones Torbay road have been very professional, reliable, loveable, understanding and always happy toward parents and kids... and since the COVID 19 pandemic been very professional about it. Also with teaching the kids about the pandemic. My son always says ''mom, I need to wash my hands '' more then what i tell him to ! lol LOVE LOVE Milestones... All the staff are AWSESOME ! 5 stars for you guys...

My little girl has been going to the Torbay Rd location and absolutely loves going. She adores all her teachers and has such fun enjoyable days. I would definitely recommend this daycare :)

I have two kids at this daycare, with my oldest having been there for nearly 4 years now. My kids love it there; they have endless fun and learn at the same time! The staff are great, and some are exceptional. I have faith that when I drop off my kids, they will be well looked after. I can go to work without worry.The only downside I can think of is the Tim's nextdoor and the impact on parking. Most days it's not too bad, but sometimes it's a minor annoyance. But that's balanced by a great location between work and home.All in all, a great daycare!

I've sent both my daughters to Milestones, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of care they received. My oldest aged out when she started Kindergarten and still talks positively about her teachers and how she misses them.
