It is a family run business but everyone there is very professional, cordial and helpful. Their son has helped me with many different inquiries such as resizing and pricing and he has always gone above and beyond with his help. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable Family run store .I had a Kantha custom made by Bagga Jewellers.They went above and beyond in making an absolutely beautiful Kantha.Definitely, I highly recommend them.

Don’t feel like being robbed as you usually do at most Indian jewelry shops, they have simple pricing and weight written on all products. Just hope if they somehow can display gold price and all surcharges added, more transparency is always better in long run.
