Unfortunately, one of the most inefficient teams I engaged with. In an effort to optimize our meeting time I suggested doing some tests in advance so that the actual appointment time could be dedicated to discussing the results. Given that I'm not a new patient and that any appointments take so long to schedule, I was unpleasantly surprised by the team's intransigence and unwillingness to maximize efficiency.

Dr. Koran is a very knowledgable doctor. In my visit, she took the time to explain the underlying pathology and provided treatment that was least invasive. The fact that she was so patient, explained everything, and didn't provide an unnecessary treatment was very valuable.

Very kind and caring human being when dealing with my 90+ year old mother and her knee issues. She takes the time talk with her and is very gentle with any procedures she has to do. Thank you Dr. Koren and keep up the good work!

Outright brutal and cold people. The receptionist is rude, the appointments are months far out and zero empathy shown when trying to convey a message. You would think you are in a 3rd world country or worse.
