Just dropped my bike off at Lloyds this afternoon for a tuneup. Lloyd is the only person I let work on my bike. I won't go to a dealer. I can't remember exactly how I found him, but I'm glad I did. Just sitting and listening to his stories is entertainment. If you are respectful, not annoying, and truly embrace motorcycling more than an ego booster, you'll have a great experience.

Highly recommended! If you are looking for a knowledgeable mechanic that works on many different types of bikes, Lloyd is your guy! Thorough, fair and honest are his trademarks... he tells it to you straight and is not apologetic in his findings.... if your air filter is filthy, you're going to hear about it! :) As all the other reviews here state, he does a bang up job at a fair price. Lloyd is an amazing mechanic and very reasonably priced! He kept me in the loop on price and timeline. Would definitely recommend him. I will say, he's a very busy guy so I found text or email to be the best way to contact him!

was not easy to get in touch with regarding updates. Tried to call, went to voicemail & all the voicemail says is I will not listen to your message

I did my second check up on my k1600gt and it still did not need an adjustment you did an excellent job the 1st time still runs great I just go through tires.. about two sets per summer.I was told your reasonable for tire changes .Next spring .

I dropped my bike off on September 3, 2021 for Lloyd to diagnosed. Been almost (4) weeks that I finally got my bike back but was charged for repairs that I’ve never authorized. I guess Lloyd’s plan is to hold on to the bike for as long as he can until he puts a price on then he called it off! Lloyd is so unprofessional. His phone is never answered. Phone calls being ignored, never returned calls and texts. Does unauthorized works. Went over to his house several times to see what’s going on with my bike. He just ignores and doesn’t open the door. Finally took the cop with me to his house on September 22, 2021. The cop knocked on his doors several times, no response although he was home. The cop said that I’m not the first person that is having problems with Lloyd’s unprofessionalism, nor will I be the last person to be Lloyd’s victim. Per the city ordinance, Lloyd cannot run a repair shop out of his garage in a residential zone. Oops!!! Maybe he think he can pick and choose his victims but I wasn’t going to become another one of his victim. Then after the cop & I left Lloyd’s house, about an hour or so, he finally text me that my bike is ready to go. Wow!!!! It takes the “COPS” for Lloyd to respond. So unprofessional!!! I do not recommend Lloyd’s service to anyone.

I just moved to the area and brought my bike to Lloyd for a carb cleaning. He immediately pointed out a couple other issues that I had missed upon dropping it off. The service was quick and was done at a very fair price, if you are looking for a motorcycle repair shop this is your place.

Set up an appointment over the phone first call. That was the last time I talked to Lloyd. Tried calling him the day of to get the address, then called a few more times with no answer and no follow up on my voicemail messages. Glad I didn't actually drop off my bike with service like that. Oh yeah, and thanks for wasting my time, I will get in line at a dealer now.Had to update review after his response 3 years later…..Thanks for finally getting back to me!

Lloyd is the only one who gets to work on my Honda ST1300. Total quality, prompt service and reasonable rates. He does what he says and says what he does. Integrity at it's best. I know I ride safe with Lloyd not just doing requested work; he goes much further to assure safe and reliable riding. I strongly recommend him and his outstanding work!

Lloyd contacted me June 28th 2023 to tell me he just got my shock back that day, and that he should have it ready to go before that weekend (June 30th/ July 1st). Fast forward to today July 18th 2023, it has been over 2 weeks and i can't get ahold of him through text, phone, in person, or email. I am currently still currently trying to get my bike back. I hope he is OK and that something didn't happen to him. Still wishing him the best and good health. I'll change my review once I get my bike back.
