Iam very happy how they take care of my child.They helped him in transitioning and with his speech. Iam impressed

I still can't believe they are in business. My child was ignored there. He speech was so behind I started expressing concern over his lack of social skills and they never did anything about it. They will put pee soaked pants in your bags and let it sit all day. I came in to pick him up once and he was very obliviously in distress, he told me he was too afraid to use the washroom because they would rush him and embarrass him.And the progress reports" are absolute lies

My daughter loves it here ! :)She asks every day when she leaves if she can go back !

Passive aggressiveness towards unhappy clients is not a good look. I added what I needed to add. Please stop acting like you're the perfect daycare with absolutely zero flaws. If you were the perfect daycare, you wouldn't feel the need to be rude to people who had poor experiences at your facility. As I added with my 1 star, poor communication, poor quality and unprofessional. Thanks. Enter at your own risk people and also, make sure to remember that often the facility themselves write reviews. So ask around your parent circle to find the best place for you!

My two grandson's used too attended Portland daycaye and they both loved to go. Everyone at this centre are very nurturing and caring towards all the children.

Do not judge this facility by other reviews. I'm on my second child that has been going there for 8 months and my son who was there for 5 years! I trust them more then anything, any negative review is hard to believe. We have never had any issues and all we experience is love and suppor for our kids from all the worker's. Thanks for everything you do everyday to insure my baby is well taken care of, she loves it there:)

My son has been going there for almost 3 years nows. He loves it there, and other then a few tired morning he cant wait to be there every day. I cant believe how far he has come, every week he learns so much there that makes me so proud! Its such a good feeling to know you can leave your child in such great care, its so hard to be a working parent but it makes it easier when you know they are safe.

2nd Edit: The owners responses just prove how little she cared about her negligence.Edit: More than half of these positive reviews" are from the manager and workers. Really goes to show how unreliable they are when they even lie on Google. Shout out to Bonnie for neglecting my son. My son went to the daycare until this very day. The manager Bonnie is an incredible irresponsible woman with little care for your children. They will lose or damage your property

Our son has been attending Portland Daycare Centre for a little over a year. We have had an amazing experience so far. The staff are warm, welcoming and experienced. They have taken the time to get to know our son’s interests and who he is as a learner. The activities he participates in throughout the day are high interest, age appropriate and well thought out. Communication has been phenomenal, we feel well informed of what he is up to throughout the day and when we reach out to the director she is very quick to respond. We have and will continue to recommend Portland Daycare Centre to friends and family.
