First of all, the advert for this job listing HEAVILY inflates the amount of money they say you will be making, claiming upwards of $1200/week (which equates to roughly $30/hr) is a flat out lie, you are paid $1.8/Pkg.On top of a rough first impression, this company is some sort of new start up that I found to be unorganized in their methods, for example routing for deliveries which is done by the company, is very inefficient, found myself backtracking every single day when making deliveries (you are not paid hourly), company is completely unwilling to provide any form of gas subsidy even tho you are required to use your personal vehicle (basically robbery of about at least 1/4 of your income every week), as well as income is not guaranteed during seasonal periods (extremely inconsistent package volume during these times).Quite a few issues that while I was employed, seemed to be completely looked over yet fixable. Definitely felt as though I was being heavily exploited for the fact I own a car. Would recommend literally any other job.

Worst trained drivers, they can't read the signage that states no parking or disable parking. When Security management on site approached the driver. Rather than accepting that he was in the wrong he kept arguing, first response : That the driver also made delivery to the condo building where the security management office is" After security response team stated that its not a valid reason. The Second response the driver gave was ''He has to deliver all these packages so why cant he park here ?" Whereas right behind him the sign states its a drive way of the condo building and no parking. Our security team addresses everyone in the most polite and respectful manner there is. Third time : His reply was there weren't any vehicles waiting
