Visited here and waited 1 hour to see the doctor for them to go to lunch and tell me to come back in another hour.Another person showed up to sign in and they also didn't bother telling him that they were about to go to lunch.Not sure if the doctor is even a full doctor, every client they have to do a virtual visit with another doctor.

They are very friendly they help alot of people. If you need medications they deliver if it is to cold they get them to you just let the know. Just say thank you so much they will say you are very welcome.

Clinic is closed with no sign on door or anything posted on website, only once you walk in is it posted anywhere. Ridiculous!

I was one of HG's first patients when they opened, and they were the first telemedical clinic I ever visited. I was skeptical of the idea at first, but the process was so efficient and the staff (the doctor/medical assistant, the pharmacist, the cashier) were all so thorough and friendly that I officially switched from my GP's clinic to this one. I moved out of the downtown area almost a year ago but still haven't found an experience as pleasant and respectful as I had at Health Gate!

In my experience with the pharmacy's I have dealt with Health Gate Pharmacy & Walk in Clinic is by far the best. Thanks to Nasser & his friendly staff I am so blessed to have found this place. I'm always taken care of with the up most care & understanding when it comes to my needs. The pharmacist and assistant were compassionate warm and helpful. You can pick up a naloxone kit here free of charge as well.
