I went in to get two pairs of glasses fixed (one to be tightened and the other needed a screw). They fixed both free of charge and even changed the nose pads. Very friendly and efficient service. My eye appointments in the past were great too, very knowledgeable staff.

I was in tonight to get my broken glasses replaced. I would just like to say how great Patty was! They had already pulled some options for me and Patty went above and beyond to find me more options. In doing this she also got me a better deal on a frame/lens package cheaper then an original replacement for my broken ones.She has a great personality and made me feel more then comfortable and even had some fun with it. She's a great face for the company!Also very impressed with the procedures in place for covid!Thanks again Patty!

Called 3 times in a spam of a week for information due to eye issues and i'm still waiting on a reply from the doctor. The doctor clearly doesn't value his patients. Very disappointing.

I went there for the first time about a month ago. I saw Dr Fletcher he was thorough. I received my glasses than two weeks later I dropped them and took them into Patty who was super helpful in getting me fixed up. Great customer service.

I have ordered sunglasses since November which are not delivered yet I have tried calling the given phone number but it goes to the VM. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. This glasses are worth 450$. The store cannot find the tracking details and tell me when will I actually get this glasses. I was informed I will be getting the glasses in 14 days and this is January 2023. Anyone ordering glasses from here please be aware of this kind of situation.

I have required my eyes assessed urgently in recent months and they brought me in at the end of their day to alleviate my concerns . Dr Serge Richard is very thorough and never rushes you answering all of your questions. His assistant Paula is a very kind soul and answers any questions you may have with empathy .Thanks for all you do ❤️

By far the best optometrist I have ever seen. I highly recommend this clinic and I will be sure to tell my friends about my experience also. I have finally found my favorite optometrist after 23 years.

I wish there was a way to leave no stars. Very unprofessional. I took a cab up and they tell me my doctor is not in today. They said they called me a few times, which is true, but everytime i answered, there was no sound or voice as if they were on mute. I tried calling back to no answer, I didn't think much of it, as they told me they would be calling to remind me of my appointment. They said they left a voicemail, showed both phones I have, no voicemail. So cab back home. And they seriously asked if I wanted to rebook? Tons of people behind desks in there, you would think someone would know how to do proper phone calls!!!! I do NOT recommend this place.

First Eye Appointment, FYidoctors, met withDr. Luc Boudreau, He was excellent, explained every step of the process in detail and clearly, That Staff are Amazing from the moment you walk through the door , Jillian assisted me with Glass selection and was an absolute pleasure to work with , sound advice and knowledgeable, if you are Looking for a place with great service, understanding and direction , This is the place to go ... Biggest Thanks to them for making this a Pleasant experience.
