The Doug Neufeld team have helped our financial situation tremendously, over the years. The most impressive instance, to me, was the time in 2007 when we were buying a new home, but before we could sell our old home -- we were still renovating the old home, for a higher selling price. Doug arranged some “bridge financing” during this overlap period, so that we could still buy the new home we wanted, before we had a chance to sell the old home. The challenge was that during the overlap-period of several months, the mortgage payments for the two properties would exceed our take home income! Despite that obstacle, Doug and his team were still able to secure the financing!! That is something that we could not have accomplished on our own, without Doug; yet he was able to obtain the financing for us. It worked out perfectly: We bought the new home and sold the old home a number of months later, after completing the renovations.More recently in May 2022, Doug and his team worked on our behalf for a new line of credit, with a much higher credit limit, and lower interest rate, than the line of credit we previously had … at no cost to us, for their work! The new line of credit is actually split into three distinct accounts, as we requested. Having three separate accounts gives us the flexibility we need, going forward.I have found Doug and his team to be friendly, professional, competent and very experienced. Any questions are welcomed and are answered clearly, with patience. So, whenever I learn of any friends or contacts with mortgage financing needs, I whole-heartedly recommend Doug Neufeld and his team –they find financial solutions, even under challenging circumstances!-- Roland Messier
