Beyond excellent service! Called prior to showing up and the owners were able to fix my workboots within an hour added stiching and even went above and beyond and took the time to glue some rubber down. Great pricing, great service 100% recommend

Took my designer boots in to have the inner lining glued/restitched. Told it would take two days. After two weeks I finally called and was assured I'd get them the next day.I got them back, but not how I left them. My heels had been dyed to a dark brown and a rubber piece attached to each heel (not what they were brought in for/needed), and there are two dye stains on my light brown leather. A very disappointing result. Won't make the mistake of taking my business here again.

Gary was amazing! My only pair of riding boots were in need of a repair, but I was loathe to leave them somewhere for very long, as I ride nearly daily. Gary sewed up the split seam while I waited for an incredibly low price. He was personable and told me an interesting story as I paid. He also said that the way I was cleaning them contributed to the seam deteriorating and told me to bring them in again when they get dirty, and he'll show me the best way to clean them. Beyond thrilled with the service!

It seemed to be the good good good quality leather shoes are but sometimes I'm wondering if they're not overpriced prepared what you can buy them online I understand he has to make a dollar just like anybody else does but he can always make it shoes a little bit more reasonable Happy New Year

These guys have shoe polish or shoe cream in every colour in the rainbow. owner is fantastic, did not have a certain colour in the store so he went to his house and brought back more samples for the perfect sale. This Family run business is doing things right.

Shoe repair:first: shoe maker only works on weekends, so service is slow.second: butchered my shoes, quite simply. The work was of terrible quality and left a bump under the forefoot when the work was done. ( I paid nonetheless).Third: The work needed two attempts. The first was even more of a nightmare, but the shoemaker attempted to convince me it was fine and that I should pay him and be on my way. Only did what he could to fix it when he realized I would not accept his craftsmanship.

Went in because the back heel inner lining of my boots was coming off. Called ahead and was quoted about $10-20 for one, and a couple days to get the work done. Showed up, and the owner took care of both heel linings, waterproofed, shined the rubber, filled in the gaps between sole and rubber, and made some custom leather insoles, all for $33, and it was done in about half an hour. Excellent!Will definitely be back.
