This place is great, i came by the store on a recommendation from a friend and had a great experience. Really nice staff, very accommodating and really good prices. Definitely will say if you need glasses check this place out

I used to buy my lenses here for years from Elaine. The woman working there now was sarcastic and argumentative. I dont know how many times I had to return to the store to get them to correct their mistakes. I was not happy with the lenses they stuck me with and even though they were not supposed to easily scratch, they scratched easier than any other lens I ever owned.The people running it now tried to overcharge me then refunded some of my money when I complained to the new owner in Coquitlam. After that, I noticed a sign saying no refunds. I still paid much more than Elaine would have charged.I will never buy lenses there ever again and would not recommend them to anyone. I spoke to other former customers who feel the same way. If I could have given less then one star I would have, these are by far the worse lenses I've ever owned.

Excellent service from both the Optician and the store manager, they were friendly and helpful. The selection was beyond excellent, I was able to pick out a pair of Celine for myself, and a Lindberg for my husband. This place is a hidden gem full of surprises. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is the ONLY optician that I can recommend in the GVRD. This is how true professionals in any field should act towards the clients who come to them for help and services. I needed new glasses and I was looked after by Heidi. She listened, asked questions, but best of all she offered Detailed answers and by doing this cleared up a lot of the mysteries" of an ophthalmologist's examination

Excellent selection brands, and very knowledgable staffs. I got a pair of glasses for myself and my wife got a Ray-Ban for very cheap. Highly recommended.

Very friendly service and a decent selection of designer frames/sunglasses. Mary-Anne was really helpful with finding me the right pair of sunglasses for my face shape: giving me honest feedback without being pushy. I will definitely be returning the next time I am shopping for sunglasses or frames.

Fast and friendly service. Service is can be in multiple languages and a large selection of frames to choose from. If they dont have a frame ask and they can probably get them for you cheaper than other stores.
