Who knew it was possible to have a great time upgrading your phone? The manager, Jay, and his staff were incredibly helpful and honest and provided top tier customer service. I will definitely be returning here for all of my phone/tech needs in the future!

The manager, Jay, and staff, Iris, were very helpful, friendly and patient. I am a senior and not good with technology, but they made me feel comfortable. I got the products I needed and all the help to have my new I pad working smoothly. I am a very satisfied customer and will highly recommend this store and it’s excellent staff.

It was such a great thing to be recipients of excellent customer service from all the staff and Manager despite the number of clients they need to attend to. This includes Jashley who has been consistently amazing in providing the needed information and assistance. Our presence in the outlet was always welcomed with enthusiasm and eagerness to give the best products and timely promos that were suited to us. Thanks to the Manager and the whole team!

Poor customer service, come off as arrogant. Ask for information on a product i wasn't familiar with and got eye rolls and talked to like I was a child.Great way to remain relevant.
