Never never never transffer foriegn currency to your RBC Canadian Currency account as RBC will rip you off completely on the exchange rates. I transferred USD and RBC converted them to CAD even not the transfer rates published for that day 1.24 CAD but they gave me 1.20 rate and ripped.me off. This is the last time I transferred Any money to RBC account. I.am now 1000% convinced that this is a Rip.off bank RBC. Extremely disappointed.

Hit and miss service. Management level staff talks to customers like they are own the bank, while tellers are the ones holding the fort. Location is convenient for my neighbourhood but change of staff is required.

The most ridiculous experience ever! Worst service and irresponsible people! They are charging me for safety deposit box that I closed in 2018 and have not been using it! Moved to Ontario in 2018 and now they say I have to come to branch to get it closed! 5 years in the row I have been calling branch and customer support to close and each year they say they close it , however charges are still coming! What a ridiculous people and service!
