Never waited this long for an americano . There were only a few customers before me, and the wait time was 20 mins+. 4 staffs and half of them were just chatting. They should revisit the headcount and efficiency at this location since its clearly a waste.

Staff are friendly enough coffee is pricey but good.This location has very little parking like the whole plaza. Baked goods are ok but nothing to write home about. Disability Accessible

This is my absolute favourite location. Always gets the order perfectly and exceptional customer service! I always come here even though it is not closest and opposite direction to my work.

I’ve visited this Starbucks twice in the past couple of weeks and pretty sure I won’t again because it takes so long to get an order. I gave 2 stars because it is clean and there is a lot of parking. On my last visit at around 3:30pm on a Thursday, there was one person ahead of me to order and 3 people waiting for drinks. No one sitting inside. I ordered a simple drink - a vanilla latte. It took 14 mins from the time I ordered to the time my drink was in my hand! There were 4 employees working but they had so many pick up orders to fill that the people that walked in just had to wait. I really wished they would have said at the time of order that the anticipated wait time was 10-15 mins. My coffee drink was just okay. My advise - let people know the expected wait time. This will set expectations and reduce customer frustration.

Bad attitude of the cashier, demonstrative arrogance and didn't greet me, misspelled my name, then laughed at me with the staff. Orders are often confused, it is better to take a check in order to get the desired drink later. The order took a long time, one day we had to wait 30 minutes.Bad place.
