I have used Ed to service a couple of snowblowers and lawnmowers we own. He is excellent. Fair price, excellent knowledgeable service. i would not hesitate to recommend. Even at the busiest times of year, he gets it back to you quickly.

Great service at a great price. Was referred here by a neighbourhood group and was very happy with the spring tune up. Mower would normally take 20 pulls in spring and they serviced it and it starts on first pull and with no effort. Would highly recommend. They are busy so you have to text sometimes and wait for a response but worth the wait or just stop by instead of texting as they are great to deal with and worth the wait or drive.

I tried calling Top Gun for a part and the answering machine said that due to the amount of calls please text that number with your inquiry or something like that. This was fine so I did text the number and explained the part I was looking for. A week passed with no answer so I reached out again and not a single response. A simple yes or no would suffice, but nothing at all. This is very unprofessional. I will take my hard earned money to some other small engine shop who actually cares about the customer!

Excellent work done here. I brought my gas pressure washer and they got it serviced (and cleaned) at a good price and completed earlier than estimated.I’ll be back!

Took my lawnmower in this morning and Ed had it fixed by 4 pm same day. The lawnmower looked like brand new again and is running terrific. He went over and beyond fixing at a very reasonable price. I will be coming back to TopGun every time now. Thank you Ed!!!

So I broke my pressure washer and I got outrageous quotes to fix it, I was getting gas and I seen this little small engine shop and I thought hmmm I’ll check out this place.The guys were working away but greeted me asking how they can help me. I explained my problem and they knew exactly how to fix it and told me $30-$50 which is a far cry from $300 quote I got from the Tool Doctor in Kitchener! I brought in pressure washer and they completed task in a timely manner and at a very reasonable rate. So if your looking for friendly, fair prices and honest guy then come here! Plus there local!!!!

Fantastic service! I called on a Saturday, the snow blower was picked up on Monday, and returned to us on Thursday. Just in time for the big storm. We were very surprised at their turn around time, as we had expected it to take weeks (the last place we had it in to, for repairs, was a month wait). Their prices were fair and didn’t leave us feeling ripped off. We would definitely use them again, and suggest them to our friends.

One of the drivers for your company needs to learn how to drive. Throwing cigarette butts out the window is just arrogant and disrespectful. 2.
