We have been using Cunningham Sealing & Caulking since 2011 for our Caulking and Sealing needs. They are very professional, extremely reliable and have been very efficient for us. They are our #1 choice when it comes to our Caulking needs. I have been working with Cunningham Sealing since 2010. He has always done quality work and met my deadlines without issue. He has completed a large variety of projects for me, from one off sealant / membrane renewals at a single unit, to full tower restorations including the replacement of all caulking, liquid membranes, and concrete repairs. His crews are friendly and professional, and as such I have never received a complaint.

Hires other businesses to do his contracts and stiffs them on the labour. I recommend hiring the other services directly!Romex, Duraseal, Eagle brothers.... companies he is pushing out of Google selection buy creating different accounts and addresses. Buy looking for these smaller advertised companies you are likely to be paying direct and without his surcharge. He can claim damages of all kinds so he doesn't have to pay on invoice deadlines. But I won in court forcing mr.cunningham to pay my invoice in full almost a year layer. To this day he will slander my small business because of it. Take responsibility for your workers as I do and you will prevail in court. But calling them sub contractors" when you brandish damages on clients buildings and calling then "employees" when your taking photos to flood Google business options for caulking. Still claiming an address that is a public service building(similar to YMCA previously on record) so you can avoid subpoena. You were defeated with academic force. This is the review of a honest man. I didnt wrong you at anytime during our business transactions. And I can still be found via one address and one phone number since established in 2016."
