I decided to book an appointment after seeing many positive reviews and saw Dr. Yamamoto for a routine eye exam and contact lens fitting. Everyone at the clinic was great and Dr. Y provided above and beyond service. I realize how poor some of my past eye exams have been in comparison. She is thorough, explains everything, and made me aware of how I should be taking better care of my eyes and what I need to do. She was really helpful with trying to find more comfortable, but affordable, contact lenses. I really appreciate her help, so although I normally don't write reviews, I wanted to share my unbiased experience. Really glad I found a good eye clinic.

Davisville Eye Care knows how to make you feel supported! Laura helped me find the perfect frames, Daisy creatively problem-solved an issue with my contacts, and Dr Li keeps my dry eyes healthy! The new office is beautiful, and the team are second to none. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Dr. Yamamoto demonstrated a mediocre care towards her patients. I am somewhat disappointed by the fact that she did not take the initiative to cultivate a long-term healthy relationship with her patients. As an avid glasses dependent student, Dr. Yamamoto really should emphasis the importance of regular eye exams as a method towards myopia control and schedule follow-up appointments with her patient. Instead of just passed the spectacle prescription results to her colleague and then immediately returned to her examination room to stay away from her own business, I held a higher expectation to a well-deserved highly rated Doctor of Optometry.

The staff are really nice, and I had a good first couple of appointments. The only reason I can’t give a great review is because they referred me to the most horrible Ophthalmologist’s office. Even making the first appointment with them was a nightmare and from there it got worse. I know clinics make deals with one another to incentivize referrals, so I say this places needs to take partial blame. Good customer service and care means doing research (checking their Google reviews) and finding a reputable specialist to refer clients to.

I love the team.. the environment and the doctors at this clinic. I highly recommend them for the entire family - they are especially thorough with kids! I especially want to thank Armela - she's so lovely.

I came here for my first eye exam in years and to update my glasses prescription. I was very impressed! The staff are friendly and helpful, this place is super professional and organized, they value your time, and they charge a reasonable price for their services. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you're in good hands, and considering this is your eye care we're talking about, that counts for a lot! I will definitely be coming back for my next eye exam.

Dr. Cassandra was absolutely incredible. She walked me through each moment of the exam and made me feel so comfortable and looked after. Their retail and admin staff is also so kind and very informative. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone! Especially if you're a little nervous when getting your eyes checked.

Visited today for a regular eye exam. Dr Yamamoto and her staff were really professional and respectful. She described every detail to me and tried her best to understand my needs. All in all, this was what I expected from a professional and she excelled.
