Choosing to go with Katie and team seemed like a no brainer, after raving recommendations from friends. Our wedding required a lot of co-ordination, and Katie handled everything seamlessly - the attention to detail, the organization, the frequent communication and quick responses made me feel fully at ease. The day was executed perfectly and definitely couldn't have done it without the help of Katie and team :)Would highly recommend to anyone getting married, as you will be left in great hands!

I can't thank Katie and her team enough for coordinating our wedding. We hired her for month-of-coordination, but she was truly helpful throughout the entire planning process, including postponement and rescheduling due to covid. Everything was set up at the venue perfectly, and we didn't have to worry about the schedule or timing of anything because we knew it was all being taken care of behind the scenes. Hiring Katie as our coordinator is exactly what we needed to be able to enjoy a stress-free wedding!

Katie was our wedding planner and coordinator for the month before our wedding! She was fabulous! Katie and her team went above and beyond for us on our wedding. Katie was very quick to reply on our every message. She was always present and quick to help with our questions and concerns. As our wedding then approached, we knew that from her attention to detail during our month before planning that she would be exceptional for the day of. And she was! Katie and her team were incredible! They were on top of everything we could need from as soon as we contracted them for the month of the wedding, knew everything to ask to have a great Jewish wedding ceremony (and asked so many questions we never would have even thought of!). She had a keen eye for detail with her checklist and organization and helped made our planning and execution of our wedding flawless. She always was in constant communication with us and was extremely prompt to our questions.You can see Katie and Rachel (one of her team members) in the shot in the background during our reception making sure everything is running smoothly. Katie was INCREDIBLE and absolutely essential to making our special day go off as smoothly as it did. From day 1, Katie was there for any calls and meetings that we wanted to have - as a rather clueless bride - and answered any and all questions from the venue. She even guided the venue through many things as they were a newer venue as well. We turned to Katie and her team for absolutely every answer, though we were only working with her as our month of coordinator. I gave Katie little to no guidance on how to setup our venue, or what to do with the decor we provided, and she set it all up so perfectly. It was stunning. Katie's schedule for the bridal party and vendors was extremely helpful and kept everything moving on time. It was the perfect day and we didn't have to worry about a thing thanks to Katie and her team. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Katie helped us plan our perfect day! Having Katie and her team made our wedding planning so enjoyable and not the least bit stressful. Choosing to work with Katie and her team was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. From our initial consult, Katie made us feel so comfortable. We decided we wanted to throw an engagement party/surprise wedding in our backyard and Katie was able to help make our vision come to life in just 6 weeks! I also really appreciated that Katie never pressured us into doing anything more than what we had budgeted for. She was there whenever we had any questions and kept us feeling calm and secure when we started feeling nervous as the day came closer.
