Carol and I have been clients for close to 25 years. We know about their family, etc. (as they ours) so can say they they are extremely ethical and trustworthy with great confidence. About 15 years ago, situation complicated, the government received about $40,000 more of our money than they should have ... as with all government interactions, reversing the situation was not straightforward. Darlene worked for many hours over a few months to recover our money ... no wonder we are loyal customers. We continue to use their services even though we have left St. Catharines for two other cities in the last 10 years.

Tim is the best accountant I met for my life. He is definitely professional but not like others to keep a distance with the client. He likes to share and talk.
