My go to taxi company, I literally use them twice a day five days a week. Like any company they can't always be there exactly as planned but they're always nice and helpful. Always treated my son Nathan super well, (high fives and fist bumps included)

I called at 8:30am to reserve a taxi for 11am to go to my appt. They told me no problem and got all my info. I thought it was a done deal. At 10:55am I started getting my things to the door. It's now 11:28am and no one came. I had to call and reschedule my appointment. I'm very disappointed in this taxi service. And I even corresponded with them on the phone in French, there was no miscommunication. 0 stars

Brutal service. Was told I couldn't be picked up at a certain spot. After I apologize I told him I would walk 30 seconds to get to a better pickup location he refused to pick me up. I will never use this service again.Way overpriced and they forget to run the clock and just make up a fare.

I recently came to canada for a trip and needed a taxi to bring me to my hotel. Usually, drivers only drop u off to ur destination, get paid, and they’re done. My experience with taxi 10-20 Hybrid was so welcoming and guide full. The driver offered to give me a little tour of the area and where to get help if needed. I obviously accepted because canada is new to me. He gave my friends and i an amazing tour of Montreal and he was very kind and generous. I had to give him an extra tip for that!
