i definitely recommend jared! amazing guy very helpful! all we did was have a good time laugh relax and set me up with a financial advisor. 100% recommended from me. i feel comfortable about my retirement now even tho it’s almost 40 years away.

Wonder Staff and excellent services. I really liked this practice of decorating the retiring staff. Loved the way respecting the outgoing staff served the organization over decades. I start loving RBC management more than even before after seeing such respect given to staff. I am sure only a satisfied internal customers can take good care of external customers. Keep it up RBC!

RBC violates Indigenous sovereignty as a major funder of the Coastal Gaslink pipeline, which does not have free, prior and informed consent from the sovereign Wet’suwet’en Nation and by financing drilling under the Wedzin Kwa River, threatening the Wet’suwet’en peoples’ sacred water source which serves villages in the community and is an important spawning ground for salmon. We need to put our investments in an institution that honours our Indigenous peoples.

I have been a customer for over 30 years and I was very displeased with the customer service at the Worobetz location. On a Tuesday morning, there were clients lined up to the front door with only 3 representatives assisting. I waited over 20 minutes to speak to a representative. Yes, I used the automated machine for all of my banking but there was a discrepancy. The tellers seemed to need assistance from other tellers and slowed down the process. There seemed to be a lack of skills in dealing with banking issues. I would not recommend this location for assistance. Definitely needing a lot of work to win over my business.

Avoid at all costs. Manager Nabeel says he's willing to follow policy over law.Assistant branch manager, Sarah, is high-strung as they come, and will accuse you of things and threaten you in front of other customers, and there's no accountability when they're proven wrong. I feel sorry for the other staff, and anyone who has to do business here.I closed my account the same day I opened it, and I took my banking elsewhere.

The service I requested at the branch in a scheduled meeting did not end up getting completed by this staff and had to call and get it completed over the phone to someone out of province to meet deadlines. I would recommend making sure they can complete the task at hand before leaving or find a reputable bank/banker that can do their job.
