I like paint from Sherwin Williams. Example Duration is washable satin paint. Shiny and resistant. I love to put it in my walls, better finish than egg shells. And Solo semi glass paint for trims, frames and doors is just amazing also it doesn't dry to fast as enamel does. You can work with it easily and smoothly. Also the team are very professional and friendly especially at westbank one.

I would also give a zero if I could. Hubby and I are DIY's trying to save a bit of money (around $3000) by painting our own Hardie siding. Friends recommended we go to the commercial store, as they used to install siding, and said there was a paint only available at this store. When we walked in we were reluctantly met by Br***. Zero star if I could. I ordered a gallon of paint via phone at 7am expecting it to be ready by 4pm. When I arrived, the staff claimed they didn't have the base in stock. I spoke with the manager and they found it in their inventory and had to mix the paint on the spot. In addition, the staff who helped me was very rude and unprofessional. If I didn't have to buy the paint right away, I wouldn't have stayed to pick up what I needed. There's plenty of better paint stores in Kelowna to choose from.

I purchased yesterday one bucket of dryfall ultradeep paint and the guy asked me if I have an account I just say no coz I'm not sure which account I have to used. The guy charge me for $ 572.95 and in fairness he gave me 32% discount so I billed for $ 419.29This is my 1st time buying this type of paint and I was surprised for that amount so I phoned my buddy how much it.cost him from calgary and it was only $186 after tax. So I returned the paint and complaining that this is overpriced and the only reason he told me is that because of i don't have an account. So if you don't have an account they will put extra $400 on top..I'm sending the receipts copy to the head office.
