Terrible customer service. 1 flake of snow hits the ground and they don't collect for a month. Reaching out to them for help? Get ignored. Drivers leave messes on the road. Bad from top to bottom. Will be pressing for a new contractor in the RDN.

We have just signed up for this service and the Customer Service Representative Heather was really responsive, friendly and professional. We have switched from a competitor and already the difference is notable. If the rest of the service is as good as Heather’s we are in good hands.
