I've worked here for almost 10 years. I have moved from a technical apprentice in Small Projects/Construction to a Small Projects Journeyman Electrician and am now a Service Technician. As all companies there is always room to improve but management tries to improve things to the best of their abilities. High quality work is often stressed by management. Overall I would say they are a great company to work for.
