I go often and this has never been a issue Went through the drive thru on Sunday asked for a drink made with oat milk. Got the drink and it looked like normal milk and didn't say oat milk on the label like normal. Went in to ask since my signicant other is anaphylactic to dairy. Where the barista insured me that it was oat milk. My significant other had 2 sips broke out into hives and knew it wasn't oat milk. Very unhappy with the service. Would not trust this Starbucks with special orders.

Mason is an absolute magician at the barista. He calmly was navigating tons of orders coming in, and remained pleasant and friendly to all customers. He surely should be managing more of your stores if he’s not already what a natural born leader! Kudos to Aiden and the rest of the team at the Hespeler location in Cambridge!

I had an amazing experience here. I was gonna go with drive-thru but I decided to go in instead. My cousin and I love Starbucks so much, we are OBSESSED!!!I ordered the *New* Strawberry Cheesecake Frappacinno and my cousin ordered the Strawberry Frappe!The inside looks so spacious and beautiful. Looks like it was newly renovated. I love the aesthetics.Overall, it was an amazing experience. I’ll definitely recommend

Favourite Starbucks in Cambridge. They make the drinks exactly like asked, the service is always super nice and caring and overall great atmosphere in the place. This branch is designed well, clean, has lots of seating options.

This WAS a 5 star store! Not anymore. In 2 weeks I returned to have my order fixed or money refunded 3 times. This was 2 months ago. I rarely stop back today it took 3 times to get my order correct. If you can’t understand English or speak it maybe not take the orders at the drive thru? This wasted so much time today. I guess it’s better to just not return to this location however convenient. My order today in case you wondered. Venti Peppermint Latte, light whip. Pretty easy you’d think?

The baristas at this location this morning were seriously some of the kindest & friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of having help me. I was greeted so kindly at the speaker, asking how my morning was & the lady at the window was so incredibly encouraging, wishing my luck on my first day at a new job! I wish I had gotten their names but the ladies there at around 8:30 this morning (Tuesday May 23) deserve the recognition for how lovely they were!

Sunday April 16 2023 at 845 I was served by the most lovely person in the drive through. she is a gardener. She asked about my day, had a great to start my day. Thank you. Wanted to acknowledge this awesome person.

Ordered ahead through the app. Arrived at estimated time for pick up. My breakfast sandwich was ready and eaten before my drink was made 20 minutes later. Pointless to order ahead and wait longer than if I had done drive thru. No apology.
