The saving on electric bill was immediate after turning the system on for two months. Devlin installed and turned on the system a lot quicker. My neighbor who chose another solar company had it installed but still unable to turn on, and they signed up 2 months before I did with Devlin. I m so glad we chose Devlin!

Our array is very well designed and installed, and at a competitive price compared with national brands. Unfortunately after we paid in full the Devlin team has let our project sit idle and two months later we don’t have a meter swap scheduled and have had totally inadequate updates.EDIT: Dropping from 3 to 1 star. Since I originally posted the President of Devlin Energy emailed to say he would be personally involved in resolving whatever issues and getting our solar installation connected/meter swapped - that was 3 weeks ago and we have heard 0 communication from Devlin or our utility. Our $35,000 (paid for) solar installation still looks great but is doing nothing. This is why I suggest future customers do not pay in full until PTO (permission to operate), something Devlin would not agree to with us, but I very much regret.ADDITIONAL EDIT: Rising from 1 star to 4. 3 months after Devlin fully installed our panels we are finally connected to the grid and benefitting from our investment. It is clear that Eversource was not easy for Devlin to work with, but the lack of communication from Devlin to us and the lack of expertise in anticipating the utility's administrative requirements keeps me from giving 5 stars. Our panels look really great, I do recommend future customers use Devlin based on quality of work and price but try to negotiate holding onto your cash until PTO.

Devlin Energy provided me with great information on sizing the system for our families needs and also answering my many questions in regards to performance and longevity of the system. The team was also able to provide me with the latest inverters so that we know the system will be able to produce the most amount of energy over the years. The Engineering team has been fantastic and the installation team was efficient, friendly and worked very clean! With the expertise this company has there were no issues during inspections and were very quickly able to have the system energized after installation.

Very friendly and helpful throughout the process. This was the best price of all the companies (and I quoted many) and was also the best customer experience. These guys only install quality products, so there is a great warranty on these high-performance parts. I would definitely recommend Devlin Energy to anyone looking for solar in the area!

Our sales contact took the time and was patient with us whilst we researched, learnt and understood what getting solar meant. We decided to go with Devlin Energy because of their customer service, reliability and how they stand by their work and warranties. After-sales service is great, electrician and crew is very responsible,Especially when it comes to installing the equipment and picking out the best locations.The performance of solar system and aesthetics are very satisfactory, Cindy also said that there is a problem to call.Okay, we'll take care of that right away. Roy and his team came to our house a couple weeks ago and did an amazing install, looks great and they left the place spotless. Devlin has been great I actually went through the process twice and backed out the first time but they were understanding and happy to help when we were finally ready to pull the trigger. I was interested in solar for a long time but was never impressed with the marketing schemes like PPA’s and leasing. A friend of mine was going through the process and recommended Devlin. My friend is the kind of guy that like me, does his research. He hooked me up with Andy Marker as my sales representative. Andy was thorough and answered all of my questions in a reasonable amount of time. Any concerns I had were rectified immediately. After a few zoom meetings we had settled on a system with a battery backup and the paperwork was signed. Once the permits were prepared which given your AHJ may take different amounts of time but I received a call asking if they can start the install in a week while I was on my way out of town. We had to push back the date a bit but the crew arrived and with very few hiccups the install was done in 4 days. The install was subcontracted to a company called 7th Generation solar. After the install there was a lengthy time between getting my power company to swap the meters and approve the system. After the system was approved for permission to operate by the power company (2 months after install) I ran into some issues with the system and a solar breaker tripping. Devlin was responsive and given my frustration I was given to the owners to speak to. Less than a week after my official permission to operate and conversations with devlin trying to troubleshoot what the problem was Devlin had an electrician from 7th Generation Solar on site to swap out a bad breaker and I have had no issues since then. Keep in mind my house is new construction and after dealing with the builder and various contractors and many many many delays this process was easy and in the end of the day I’m happy with the results. Thank you again Andy, Alicia Lefebvre, and Ed Devlin, and any other devlin staff that assisted with getting this system done, despite my impatience.

I'd highly recommend Devlin if you are considering solar for your home.My wife and I approached Devlin several months ago on the recommendation of a coworker. Within a week their sales team provided a straightforward quote for the system and included a report showing the approximate layout of the panels, and estimated impact of shading and roof orientation on the system output. Devlin's quote was very competitive with other companies we contacted and did not try to sell us on a lease or power purchase agreement which I appreciated.The process took ~4.5 months from the date we signed the agreement to the date our system was generating power but it was worth the wait. Both the roofing team and solar install team were professional and efficient. The re-roof and solar install each took a single day.So far we're pleased with the system and it's working as advertised. I love the included current sensors that allow us to track our generation and energy usage in real time.Special thank you to Deven for being our primary point of contact throughout the process. He was very responsive to all of our questions and requests.

We would give Devlin Energy more than 5 stars if we were able. We have wanted to go solar for a long time and they made it easy once from the start. We shopped around quite a bit but knew they were the right choice right away. They customized the array package, asked for input on how/where to install on the house and how to best hide while providing access to conduits, meters and panels. They explained everything with patience—regardless of how crazy my questions were, and stuck with me through the town inspections, power company connections and financial incentives from state and federal. They also helped with making sure the car charger was compatible and installed properly. Thank you to everyone at devlin. We are excited to be generating clean power!
