The staff were helpful and knowledgeable so I gave 3 stars. However, I bought a pure peppermint essential oil and it smells odd, not at all like the peppermint oil I usually buy that's a different brand. This one smells kind of bad and not a strong peppermint scent at all. I also bought another oil blend, which smells nice, but both bottles were not sealed which I would have expected.

I was in the Abbotsford location today and interacted with a staff member that was condescending and rude. Not impressed. The other staff member was polite and super helpful and informative.

I am so glad that there is a Saje location in Abbotsford! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. When one of my favourite items was discontinued, the staff helped me to find a suitable alternative. I also appreciated the information they shared with me, without making me feel like I had to make a purchase that would not suit my needs.

First time I walked in to the Abbotsford store. Been going to Langley store before. I walked in and right away someone approached me and I said what I came in for and she took me right to the stuff I came in for. Very friendly and it all went pretty quick. Just how I like to shop.

I love coming into this store. If I need a place were the stress is down and the people are friendly I come here. The staff is so friendly and I never feel pressure to buy. I came in today just to get rid of my headache that I got from another store with so many smells it literally hurt my head and that peppermint halo was working before I left the mall. Thank you for creating a wonderful space.

I cannot rave enough about the service I received today.Not only did they show me all the scents and so informative, they got down to my 4 yr old son's level, and smelled scents with him too. Was an extremely pleasant experience and I left happier than I arrived. These ladies should be recognized for their kind demeanor.

I won’t be going back to this store. I think it was the assistent manager (with glasses) that I dealt with. I walked in and was immediately approached (which is good because it was the first time I have been in this store) and asked what I wanted, I explained that I wanted an oil that would help me sleep at night and one that would help with focus for school work. She then tried to get me to buy the roller ones which is not what I wanted and I explained that when I first walked in that I already have oils that I roll on but I wanted to try the diffuser oils.She then pointed me to a section of the store and said the stress and sleeping oils are on that wall. I asked about which were good for what I needed and got rudely told to read the signs. She stood over by the entrance for the remaining 15 minutes I was in the store and she helped other people and explained how the oils worked but didn't help me?After I bought a few, I realized they overcharged me on the oil because the tag on the bottle was 1.75$ cheaper than the price I paid.This was my first and will be my last time shopping here.

LOVE this store. The girls are so informative! They make shopping for natural remedies so easy for a beginner like me. Both managers are super helpful and are always checking in on me to make sure I grab what I need! Every time I go in it’s nothing but a fantastic experience. These girls are trained well!
